Grotto Officers

Nominations for Grotto Officers are made at the November meeting. Elections are held at the December meeting. Ballots are cast by secret ballot. Write-in candidates are permitted. No absentee balloting is allowed. You must be present to cast a ballot. Only members, as defined in the Grotto Constitution, may nominate and cast ballots. Only eligible members, as defined in the Grotto Constitution, may be nominated for Offier positions. New Officers take office at the January meeting. Grotto Officers serve for one year (January through December). The duties and responsibilities of each officer are described in the Grotto Constitution.
